Large live event producers should have easy access to every contractor on-site, what they signed, how they were insured, their role, their performance history with the organization, etc. Too often, the answers to these questions live in the heads (and spreadsheets) of your managers and vendors.

When this data isn't organized, your star contractors might not be invited back next year on a promotion track. Your less helpful contractors could be back next year, maybe on a different team or under a different manager.

Beyond team management, it is important to share contractor information with insurance brokers, ticketing, parking, resources, and security. This easy task is dauntingly difficult when data isn't organized.

Our parent company Duco Advisors Inc. ran into these same problems managing teams of contractors for the largest tech companies in the world. We built our own software to solve these challenges and have been using it to manage thousands of contractors over the last seven years. When we learned the live events industry faced a lot of the same challenges (swap COI for NDA and they are almost identical), we created a version of our software tailored to the live event industry, TroopCount.

TroopCount saves time in hiring, onboarding, document collection, and information sharing. TroopCount users have been able to launch new and innovative operational plans on-site that were previously impossible now that their data is centralized and organized.
